The bathroom had been flooded in this townhouse, so we had to do a gut renovation.  Beyond that, we replaced the carpet with LVP, painted every surface (doors, fireplace, walls, ceiling, kitchen cabinets, etc), replaced the light fixtures and made some minor repairs.
