Typically seeing $100K increase in the sales price from a $30K investment, this gives the homeowner $70K more than had they sold as-is.

03 Staging & AIRBNB Furnishing
Staging​
A recent survey from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals shows that staged homes sell up to 30 times faster than un-staged homes. Furthermore, on average, staging increases the sale price by 20%!! ​

Staging Basic Package: $2,800
This includes the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom.

Each additional Month is $650.
Each Additional Room is $450, plus $130/additional month.
Furnishing AirBNBs
​
Furnishing an AIRBNB is comprised of 2 parts - Design & Furnishing.
The "Design" Fee includes a design consultation, picking and ordering, assembly, clean up, staging and preparing for photography. The "Furnishing" is the cost of all the furniture, linens and accessories.
​
Prices range from as little as $5,000 to as much as $75,000 to design and furnish a full house.
